Blue Team Key Features
Built for easy and consistent documentation

Digital Documentation

Document uses-of-force, vehicle pursuits, pedestrian and vehicle stops, complaints and more.

Complaints Management

BlueTeam used country-wide by New Zealand Police as its specialized complaints management platform. Complaints received throughout the country are entered into BlueTeam for immediate assessment and assignment.

Less-Lethal/ECD module

BlueTeam’s use-of-force features capture over 25 data elements related to less-lethal ECD devices such as tasers.  This supplements the clickable body images where the user can indicate injuries and force contact points with a few mouse clicks

Early Intervention Dashboard

Supervisory and command staff can identify performance issues in “real-time” with BlueTeam’s EI console.

Blueteam Benefits

Ensures consistency of data that’s captured

Instead of relying on information entered onto a written form, BlueTeam enforces the entry of required information. The web form utilizes pick-list values enforcing consistency of the data entered. This results in more consistent and pertinent statistical reports.

Speeds and streamlines the flow of crucial information from the field

Handling and filling out of cumbersome paper forms is eliminated. Incidents – including use-of-force, field-level discipline, complaints, vehicle accidents and pursuits – are entered and can then be routed through the chain-of-command with review and approval at each step.

Incidents are routed through the chain-of-command with review and approval at each step.

Simplicity

A simple, intuitive, step-by-step interface minimizes training.

Centralized Deployment

Since BlueTeam is a browser-based web application, it resides on a web server and no installation of software is required on the users’ PC’s.

Frontline Software for IAPro

BlueTeam is software that allows officers and supervisors at the frontline to enter and manage incidents.  A simple, step-by-step internet-style interface is used, minimizing training requirements.
